KFC Nepal App – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: June 15, 2025

Welcome to the KFC Nepal App. By using this mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before accessing or using the app. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.


1. Definitions

  • “App” refers to the KFC Nepal mobile application.
  • “We”, “Us”, “Our” refer to KFC Nepal and its authorized franchise operator.
  • “You”, “User”, “Customer” refer to the individual using the App.
  • “Services” include dine-in, takeaway, delivery, and loyalty program functionalities.
  • “Order” means the food or beverage ordered through the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or use the App under parental supervision. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Nepal.


3. Ordering & Payment

a. Order Placement

  • Orders for dine-in, takeaway, or delivery can be placed through the App.
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • KFC Nepal reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to stock availability, incorrect pricing, or suspected misuse.

b. Payment

  • Payment can be made via cash on delivery, mobile wallet, debit/credit card, or other methods available on the App.
  • All prices are displayed in Nepalese Rupees (NPR) and include applicable VAT and service charges, unless specified.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery areas are limited to locations served by our KFC outlets in Nepal.
  • Estimated delivery time is provided but not guaranteed.
  • KFC Nepal shall not be liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Dine-In and Takeaway

  • For dine-in, pre-ordering is allowed via the App, but table reservations are not guaranteed.
  • For takeaway, the estimated pickup time will be communicated. Orders must be picked up within 30 minutes of readiness.

6. Loyalty Program

  • KFC Nepal offers a Loyalty Program where users earn points for eligible purchases made through the App.
  • Points will be calculated on every online and in-store purchases if customer has logged into the KFC Nepal app.
  • Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may expire after 1 year of inactivity.

Bronze 0-500 3% of Net Sales
Silver 501-1500 4% of Net Sales
Gold 1501-3000 5% of Net Sales
Platinum 3001 & above 6% of Net Sales
  • Loyalty points will be calculated based on the following criteria:
  • Loyalty rewards cannot be combined with other promotions or offers unless stated.
  • KFC Nepal reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time with 15 days prior notice.
  • KFC Nepal reserves the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time.
  • Any breach of these terms or engagement in fraudulent activities may lead to disqualification from the program and loss of accumulated points.
  • KFC Nepal is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or technical difficulties related to the Loyalty Program.
  • Incase of redemption, each point holds a value of NPR 1 and can be redeemed on future orders.

7. Returns and Refunds

  • No refunds are provided for change-of-mind or taste preference.
  • If there is a genuine issue with your order (e.g., incorrect item, missing item, or spoiled product), you must contact us within 2 hours of receiving the order for investigation.
  • Refunds or redeliveries will be processed at our sole discretion after appropriate verification.

8. User Account

  • Users must maintain the confidentiality of their account information.
  • KFC Nepal is not responsible for any unauthorized access due to user negligence.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and updating of your profile.
  • KFC Nepal reserves the right to terminate a user account without prior notice if any breach of confidentiality or fraudulent activity is detected. In such cases, appropriate legal or administrative actions may be taken as deemed necessary.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes, engage in fraudulent transactions, impersonate others, or abuse any discount or loyalty system.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App’s functionality.
  • Upload viruses or malicious code.
  • Use the App in any way that violates the prevalent laws of Nepal.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described.
  • We collect and process your personal information, including your name, contact number, and address or location, solely to facilitate and improve our services.
  • We comply with the Privacy provisions of Nepal’s Electronic Transactions Act 2063.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the App including trademarks, logos, text, images, and software is the property of KFC Nepal or its licensors.
  • You may not reproduce, modify, or use any content without express written permission.

12. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be notified through the App or via email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance.


13. Limitation of Liability

  • KFC Nepal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific order in question.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
  • Disputes may first be attempted to be resolved amicably via negotiation. However, if it is not resolved within 15 (fifteen) days of the dispute, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts inside Kathmandu Valley.
